Following the RSPB challenge in 2015 to the original decision of Scottish Ministers to grant offshore consent for the Seagreen Alpha and Seagreen Bravo sites and two other wind farms in the Firth of Forth (Inch Cape and Neart na Gaoithe) we are delighted to confirm that at the start of November 2017, following just under three years of legal process, the Supreme Court confirmed its decision to refuse to allow RSPB to appeal their case any further.
This decision now allows Seagreen to progress the Seagreen Alpha and Seagreen Bravo wind farms as consented in 2014.
